I have been a customer of Arc transit, inc. for several months now and I must say, their service is simply average. The drivers are polite and the buses are clean, but there is room for improvement. The scheduling can be unreliable at times and I have experienced delays on multiple occasions. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
