There are two reasons to go to the Incanto: the extraordinary quality of the dishes and the chef.
I tasted grilled meat and I can suggest you rely on the chef to cook because the course is endlessly delicate.
The presentation of the dishes is simple but always cured, and no detail is left to chance.
The wine list is full of surprises.
If you manage to leave some space I suggest you try the cassata made by the pastry chef of the Incanto, a dessert that, despite its fame, surprises for how it manages to combine delicacy and taste.

To finish, I hope you can meet chef Mario, a man born to unconsciously communicate his passion for his work.

I almost forgot, the costs are proportionate to the quality and attention offered during the meal.
