I recently used a service from this company and found it to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, as I had to wait longer than expected for a response to my inquiries. The collection process was smooth, but the communication could have been better. Overall, the experience was okay, and I appreciate the efficiency in the collection process. I hope they can work on improving their customer service for a better experience. 🙂
