I had a decent experience at Promise hospital of east los angeles. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, there were some issues with the level of care I received. I felt that my concerns were not always addressed properly, and there were some communication gaps between the different departments. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
