I recently worked with Bench it for my website development requirements. The overall experience was average. While they delivered the website on time, there were a few issues that needed fixing post-development. The communication was okay, but at times I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. The quality of the work delivered was decent but could have been better. There is room for improvement.
