I have been a loyal Lexus customer for 13 years. I ve always been treated with respect and dignity. My first purchase was at Johnson Lexus at 23 and was one of the best experiences I ve had at a car dealership. When I walked into Lexus Northlake to trade in my current vehicle, the gentlemen helping us did not even acknowledge my presence nor shake my hand. I m a southern women so respect means a lot to me. I guess Jay figured it would get him further speaking to my husband.
I left Lexus feeling defeated and ended up across the street at Audi Northlake. When I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Sales associate, Stefanos and Sales Manager Sean Fairman gave us outstanding service and we left with smiles and a fantastic vehicle.
