I recently used a web design service and was generally satisfied with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I felt that it lacked a personal touch and could have been more visually appealing. The service was efficient and professional, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to create something unique. Overall, it was an average experience.
