I had a mixed experience with Horror Factory Entertainment. While their website was easy to navigate and I found their selection of horror movies to be quite extensive, I was disappointed with the quality of some of the films. The streaming service itself was also a bit unreliable at times, with occasional buffering issues. However, the customer support team was very helpful and responsive whenever I encountered any problems. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
