I took the car 2020 745E with only 1245 miles for service last Sunday it was suppose to be ready on Tuesday and when I called on Tuesday they said the car had some recalls and we put it in line and let you know. Today is Saturday have not heard from anyone and when I called did not get any straight answer as to when the car is ready for pick up.
When I asked for to speak with service manager they gave me a none working number. I am very unhappy with them and I was happy when I bought the car, but if I get this type of service never again!!!
