Don't EVER go here to purchase a car!! These people are a nightmare!!! They didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock, nor was it available. Sot he sales associate told us we "better compromise what we want so he can sell us a car." What?! When we refused, they then tried to sell us a used Jepp they just took in on trade that didn't even run!! That's correct, they tried to sell us a car that didn't even work!! When we passed, the manager brought us into his office and while making small talk mentioned they (the dealer) only pay $25,000 for the 2010 Jepp Grand Cherokee 4X4's. Something else came up and the manager asked another associate to "BLOW OUT!" the $42,000 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a Hemi that we repeatedly said we didn't want. The blow out price, including taxes? $39,000. The associate then proceeded to tell us the dealer pays $39,000 for the car, minus the $4500 incentives plus taxes brings us back to $39,000. Oh! And they were going to "throw in the Hemi" for free because of the fact that it'll run like a 4-cylinder. HELLO! When do you ever steadily drive between 40-60mph in LA?! That poor guy must not have read the fine print in the phamplet. I've never laughed so hard as I left a dealerhip. Save yourself the trouble and skip this joint.....
