We needed to replace our furnace and AC unit. We shopped around for the best price and we were looking for Lennox brand. Tricity was one of the few in the area that carried the unit. The job should only take 1 day and they weren't kidding. They arrive promptly at 8am and didn't leave till 8pm. The installation was professionally done. Later that night, we had problems with our Nest thermostat communicating with the new control board. They came back the next morning again at 8am and finally diagnosis the issue with Nests requiring a 24v common wire over the standard Rh and Rc wires. They rewired a couple things and installed new lines for the Nest and bingo, everything worked. Couldn't be any more happier. They even suggested a couple of DYI things we could do save us more money with heating and cooling cost even though we had high efficiency units.
