I have been using Pinnacle software for a few year...

I have been using Pinnacle software for a few years now, and I must say that it is average. The functionality and user interface are decent, but there is room for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive, and I have encountered a few bugs that took a long time to get fixed. Overall, it gets the job done, but there are better options available.
