I highly recommend Jaye Ferrone! After two disappointing experiences elsewhere, luck directed me to her and her work is perfect. In addition to being a professional hair stylist, she is kind and a great conversationalist meaning that she senses when you need quiet time and when you want to talk. I opt for the latter because she knows so much about what is currently going on in Baltimore that I always get great ideas about up-to-date town activities.
Oh, and be sure to use the valet parking. It is reasonably priced and super convenient!
