First of all, let me say the establishment itself is a nice place. However, the "manager" denied a certified federal service dog saying that he was not ADA certified. He was completely rude & even joked about the owner having a stroke (the dog is registered under cardiac disability). The owner of this place should educate their staff a little better before they go denying service animals not knowing what they're talking about & especially making rude comments about a person's health.
