Immediately after moving to Sydney in 2005 April, ...

Immediately after moving to Sydney in 2005 April, I was looking for an apartment to rent in Westmead. That's when I came across a unit advertised by D & D. I remember talking to Michael over the phone. He offered to meet me and show the unit as well as other properties for rent around Westmead. As I didn't have transport he offered to take me to the D & D office afterwards. I remember being introduced to Azzam and with his smile made me feel at ease immediately. During my stay at that property D & D handled any issues that arose with great professionalism and dealt with me with kindness and sincerity with any queries I had.

Few years later I bought my own property and moved out of the rental. However over a year later due to other commitments I had to move out of Sydney. After seeing few rental agencies in Westmead from whom I didn't get a positive response, I decided to drop in at D & D. Even though Azzam was very busy he managed to make time for me to explain how leasing with D & D would work. I remembered him taking his time and being patient in answering all my questions. At that time they took the stress out of renting the property by keeping me up to date with regular inspections and always acted in a professional, honest and sincere manner. Any issues that rose were also dealt with efficiently by the D & D team.

After 10 years renting through D & D with the realization I will not be returning to Australia with a heavy heart I decided to sell my property. Azzam was there to lend his support emotionally as well as provide the best advise on how to sell the property. Again he spent his precious time more than 2 hours explaining patiently the process. He mentioned Michael would be handling the sale. This put my mind immediately at ease as I have known him for almost 14 years. I knew the market wasn't the greatest but knowing Azzam and Michael have my best interest gave me great comfort. They ensured the property was renovated to achieve the best price. Michael & Azzam kept me up to date regularly. When I was unable to follow up myself I often got my mother to follow-up and they always made time to explain the progress to her with patience and compassion.

Whether you are a tenant, a home owner who wants to rent their property or sell a property I have full confidence that the team at D & D will act in a caring, professional manner in the best interest of their client from my experience.

Now that the property is sold I feel blessed that I have had Azzam and Michael see through all the years of initially as a tenant, then as a rental property owner. Even though I live overseas selling the property through D & D was an easy choice as I knew they would treat me like an individual and take care of my interest in a kind and understanding manner.

I owe a huge thank you to Azzam, Michael & the D & D team for the care, kindness and professionalism you all have shown me over the years. It is with a sense of sadness that I see my relationship with D & D come to an end with the sale of my house. I wish Azzam, Michael and the team at D & D all the very best.
