I recently availed the services of Kulaswaminee engineers - India for a project, and while they did deliver within the specified timeframe, I found their communication and coordination to be lacking. It would have been better if they had provided regular updates and been more proactive in addressing any concerns or issues that arose during the project. Their work quality was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service.
