I had an average experience with Valley Isle Community Federal Credit Union. The staff was helpful, but there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more attentive. The online banking system is functional, but there are some areas that could be improved for a smoother user experience. Overall, it's an alright credit union, but I think there are better options out there.
