The service provided by Laser Biotech International has been average at best. I expected more from a company with their reputation. The technician who came to my house was knowledgeable, but not very friendly. The machine they installed has been working fine for now, but I have my doubts about its long-term durability. Overall, I wouldn't say I am overly impressed with their service.
