I have been a customer of San Jose Newspaper Guild for a few years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they provide timely delivery of newspapers, the quality of the articles and reporting is often lacking. The website, sjguild.org, is also rather outdated and not user-friendly. I hope they take steps to improve their services and bring them up to par with other news agencies.
