I recently purchased some biochar from a company that shall remain nameless. Although the product itself was decent, I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They were unresponsive, rude, and refused to help resolve my issue. As a result, I decided to try Full Circle Biochar instead. I'm glad I made the switch! The product is just as good, if not better, and their customer service is outstanding. They are always prompt, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help. I will continue to support Full Circle Biochar and recommend them to others.
