Absolutely the worst. I seen a circus more organised. I been trying to chase up on why one of my referrals have been delayed by over a week. It seems I cannot get a hold of anyone, as no one ever picks up a phone in this place and when they finally do they cannot help, refer you to another section that takes days of trying to ring until one guy finally picks up and he too refers you to another section that does not pick up. No one here knows what they are doing at all.
