My experience with IDOM Japan has been mixed. While their website, 221616.com, is easy to navigate and offers a wide range of products, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I was not completely satisfied with the resolution of my issue. Overall, I would say that IDOM Japan has room for improvement in terms of customer support.
