I had a mixed experience with Index Multimedia. While their web design skills are impressive, I found their customer service lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, which was frustrating. However, once I was able to communicate with them, they were able to address my concerns effectively. Overall, I would still recommend their services.
