Only gave one star because I had too. They are HORRIBLE during storms! Not the lineman, the management! You knew back to back storms were coming for days and do NOTHING! And the outage map is a complete farce. And they get to do it because they have a monopoly over most parts on NNJ. Disgusting. Sorry if my payment will be late this month. I pay on your website and have no power. For days. In winter.
