I recently used WildernessWeb.com to book a camping trip and I must say it was an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of information about the campsites and amenities. The website could definitely use more details and photos to help customers make informed decisions. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected more.
