I have been working at a drilling company for a couple of years now and I can say that it has been a satisfying experience. The work environment is friendly and the management is supportive. However, there are some areas where improvements can be made. The communication between different departments can be better and there can be more opportunities for growth. Overall, I would rate Precision Drilling INC as great.
