As a customer of VirtualPremise, I have to say that their service is average. While they do manage to fulfill their promises, I think there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I sometimes encounter glitches when using certain features. Overall, I would consider using VirtualPremise again, but I hope they work on enhancing their service.
