Unity Digital Agency has been providing us with digital services for a few months now. While their work is satisfactory, I do feel that they could improve in some areas. The communication can be better as sometimes it takes longer to get a response. Additionally, there have been a couple of instances where the deliverables were not up to our expectations. However, they are willing to listen and make improvements based on our feedback.
