Worst experience ever, booked a handicapped access...

Worst experience ever, booked a handicapped accessible room asked about door clearance bed height and bathroom in specifics. I get there at 10 pm and nothing is right my chair couldn't even fit thru the room door, they tried to give me another room and it still didn't work let alone the bed was very high. I am in a wheelchair paralyzed from the waist down. Reserved in advance with credit card including $25 per night for parking. So now im out of hundreds of dollars for 3-5 days until they cancel reservation because I couldn't stay there. The workers were terrible and they kept sending a trainee out to talk to me. I will never recommend Sheraton to anyone. You need to be sure when you say handicap accessible its more than just being able to fit in your elevator and going in to your lobby. I was there for 2 hours for no reason. For this to be a 5 star hotel I wouldn't give it one but I had to give one to be able to tell my opinion. Terrible!!!!!
