I have been a loyal customer of Thermo Mfg, INC for several years now and I must say that their products are of average quality. Although they have a wide variety of options to choose from, I often feel like there are better alternatives out there. The customer service is decent, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
