We recently (November 2020) completed on a sale and purchase, having appointed Chris Tierney @ Charsley Harrison to handle the conveyancing for both transactions. Start to finish took around 3m for both, which I believe at the moment is a pretty good turnaround, given all the COVID-related delays (and the surge of demand off the back of the Government stamp duty initiative).

We were very impressed with how they were managed - communication was effective and efficient and Chris consistently responded to our queries, often within a day. If Chris was unable to come back to us, then another colleague - Joseph - always returned our calls / emails with clear communication of what to expect.

Everything ran relatively smoothly for both transactions - and despite it (naturally) being a high-stress time for us, we felt the support from Chris and Joseph at CH was second to none.

Thanks guys ... I would definitely recommend you to friends (and have done so already!)
