I had a mixed experience with the Machinery & Design Company LLC. Overall, their services were average. The customer support was responsive and helpful, but the quality of their products was not up to the mark. I had to deal with some minor issues and delays which could have been avoided. However, I appreciate their effort in resolving the problems promptly. I hope they will work on improving their product quality and delivery time.
