I recently used Diodoro travel for a trip to Rome and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed to be uninterested in assisting me. Overall, Diodoro travel provided a decent service, but there is room for improvement.
