I had a mixed experience with SUMP INSURANCE. While their rates were competitive and the coverage options were decent, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were times when I had to wait for a long time on hold, and when I finally spoke to a representative, they didn't seem very knowledgeable. However, once I got through the initial hurdles, the policy itself was satisfactory.
