I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Aerial7. The product I received was faulty, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, I received no response. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't meet expectations and then have no support when issues arise. Overall, my experience with Aerial7 was very poor.
