I have been a customer of S-net communications, inc. for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While their website, snetconnect.com, is easy to navigate, I have found their customer support to be lacking. It often takes a long time to get a response and when I do, the solutions provided are not always helpful. On the positive side, their pricing is reasonable and their internet connection is reliable.
