Made a reservation and were seated next to the door. Usually not a big deal but they had an ashtray for a door stop and that's all we could smell. Ordered a pizza and all of the cheese slid down to the middle leaving a solid two to three inches of cheeseless pizza. Brought out bowl of soup w/o spoon. Asked for spoon and received a filthy one. Not impressed.
