My first experience with this bar was rude custome...

My first experience with this bar was rude customer service and I didn't go there again for about two years. Gave them another chance recently and was treated decent, became a slight regular, they thanked me for my patience a few times due to them being understaffed. It was still good service IMO, food and their crafty mules are good. I always tip 50%-100% on a $50-$75 tab each time I've been here. Figured the bartenders deserved it.

Went in this evening to celebrate a special occasion and was immediately treated rude and walked out.

Idk what the issue is, but I've never been treated like this in any other bar/grill/pub/whatever...and I've been to a lot around this country as I travel for a living.
