I must say, the food at Authentic Texas was disappointing. The brisket was dry and tasted bland, and the cornbread was dry as well. The service was okay, nothing great, and the atmosphere was nothing special. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I won't be coming back anytime soon.
