I have mixed feelings about Tecno-one s.r.l. On one hand, their website tecno-one.it is user-friendly and the quality of their products is great. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I had some issues with a product and it took a while to get it resolved. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
