I have been a customer of Epproach Communications, Inc. for some time now, and I have mixed feelings about the service. The internet speed is average, but I have experienced some occasional drops in speed. The customer support is decent, but there were times when it took longer than expected to get a response. It's not the best service, but it's not the worst either.
