🌱 I recently came across Biot and decided to check out their website. I must say, I had mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the website was clean and easy to navigate. I liked the fact that they offered detailed product descriptions and shared information about their sustainability practices. However, I found the overall design to be a bit outdated and lacking in visual appeal. Additionally, I felt that the product range was limited compared to what I have seen from other similar companies. On a positive note, their customer service was prompt and helpful when I reached out with a query. Overall, my experience with Biot was just average. While they have some good aspects, there is definitely room for improvement both in terms of their website design and product variety. 🌿
