I recently had the opportunity to work with a local real estate group in Colorado, and overall, my experience was pretty average. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, providing me with the necessary information about the properties I was interested in. The agents were responsive and knowledgeable about the local market, which was helpful during the buying process. However, I felt that the level of personalized attention could have been better. It seemed like they were juggling multiple clients at once, which sometimes caused delays in communication. Additionally, there were a few minor hiccups during the closing process that left me feeling slightly frustrated. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
