We were scheduled for the 5pm bus but ended up waiting in the wind for 2 hours, due to the staff's terrible arrangement and problem solving skills. One of the other passengers waiting with us called the customer service, and they hung up on her. Don't waste your money unless you have a couple hours to waste. It's not even that cheap.
