As a CUSTOMER, I must say that the experience working for Work at home - w@h has been quite average. The company provides a good work-life balance and I appreciate the flexibility it offers. However, there are certain areas where improvement is needed. The communication within the team could be better, and sometimes it feels like there is a lack of clear direction. Overall, it's an okay company to work for, but there is definitely room for growth and development.
