I recently purchased a pendant light from this company’s website. The design was elegant and the quality was superb, 👌 but the delivery process took longer than expected. 🚚 I had to email customer service multiple times to get updates. Although their products are great, the communication and delivery need improvement. I hope they work on their delivery process in the future to ensure a smoother experience for customers. The product itself is a 5-star, 💫 but the overall experience brings it down to a 3-star rating.
