I recently worked with a real estate company based in Naples, and while my experience was satisfactory, it wasn't exceptional. The website was user-friendly and provided some useful information, but I found the overall communication to be a bit lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than I anticipated, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, the level of personalization and attention to detail could have been improved. Nonetheless, the company did assist me in finding a property that met my criteria, and the agent I worked with was courteous and knowledgeable. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would have appreciated a bit more proactive communication and attention to customer needs.
