I recently experienced 🤔 with a customer journey mapping project. The company's 🖥️ had some helpful resources, but it felt like there was a lack of personalized attention to my specific needs. The communication was not as responsive as I had hoped, which made me feel a bit disconnected. The overall experience was average, as I did gain some insights from their content, but the personal touch was missing. I think with a little more attention to individual clients and more proactive communication, the company could greatly enhance their value to customers.
