I recently engaged with this law firm for some legal advice, and I found the experience to be just okay. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but the overall communication and responsiveness were lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my initial inquiry, and I felt that the level of attention to my specific needs could have been better.
