I recently applied to this company, and while the application process was smooth and the website was user-friendly, I found the communication to be lacking. After submitting my application, I didn't receive any acknowledgment or update for several weeks, which was disappointing. Additionally, the job descriptions on the website were not very detailed, making it difficult to fully understand the roles. However, the careers section of the website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about the company culture. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope the company can improve its communication with job applicants for a better experience.
